Who we are

Call Capture is a service of Summit Growth. We provide AI front desk and speed-to-lead voice coverage that answers calls, quotes services, and books jobs for home service companies. This page explains what information we collect when you visit our website, submit a website form, Instant Form, or other lead form, or request a free Missed Call Audit, and how we use and protect it.

What we collect from you

When you submit a website form, Instant Form, or other lead form, or fill in the audit request form, we collect the details you give us: your name, company or business details, business phone number, email address, and any answers you provide (for example truck count, trade, and after-hours cover). When you book a call through our calendar, the booking provider shares the date and time you choose and the contact details you enter.

We also automatically collect limited technical data when you visit the site, such as the pages you view and the type of device you use. This helps us understand how the site is used and improve it.

How we use your information

• To prepare your Missed Call Audit and run the audit call.
• To contact you about your audit, to send your report, and to discuss whether our service is a fit for your business.
• To respond to questions you send us.
• To improve our website and our service.
• To call and/or text the phone number you provide (including autodialed calls and AI/artificial or automated voice) about the demo, audit, or offer you requested.
• To schedule and run that demo or audit, and to follow up on whether our speed-to-lead phone coverage is a fit for your business.

Analytics and advertising

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors reach our site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The Pixel may set a cookie on your browser and send a unique identifier to Meta. Meta may use this information to show you relevant ads on its platforms and to provide us with aggregated reports. We do not share your personal contact details with Meta beyond what the Pixel collects automatically through your browser. You can manage your ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with the service providers we need to run our business, such as the calendar booking provider and the tools we use to call your line and send your report. These providers only get the information they need to do that specific job and are required to keep it confidential. We never sell your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep your lead details for as long as is reasonable to follow up on your audit and to keep records of our conversations. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our active systems within 30 days, except where we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also opt out of our marketing contact at any time by replying to any email from us and asking to stop. To make any of these requests, email us at the address below and tell us what you would like us to do.

You can opt out of texts by replying STOP. On a call, you can say stop or ask not to be called again. For any request (including access, correction, or deletion), email hello@summitgrowth.io.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement, including the Meta Pixel cookie. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using the site or requesting an audit, but it may affect how some features work.

Children's privacy

Our service is intended for businesses, not individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected a child's information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
